Purpose of the role

To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources.

Accountabilities

Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification. Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis. Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing. Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solveplex business problems. Documentation of data quality findings and rmendations for improvement.

In-depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Adopt and include the oues of extensive research in problem solving processes. Seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to aplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve oues.

Join us as a Chief Data Office (CDO) Data Analyst, where you will shape the future of Banking at Barclays. In this role, you will be supporting the Chief Data Office by helping to implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy.

To be successful as a CDO Data Analyst you should have:
