We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Change Management Consultant to support a major digital and data modernisation programme within a leading global airline. This multi-year initiative is reshaping the organisation’s data infrastructure, operating model, and culture, with the goal of becoming a product-led, data-driven enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support change management efforts across a large-scale transformation programme
  • Engage with stakeholders across legacy and modern teams to promote buy-in and alignment
  • Translate complex technical and strategic goals into clear, actionable communications
  • Support the development and implementation of modern data warehousing and analytics capabilities
  • Help shape and embed a product-led operating model across the organisation


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large-scale corporate IT and data transformation programmes
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influence and alignment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Jira
  • Airline industry experience is a plus but not essential


Details:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 - 12 months
  • Day rate: £800 - £1,000 LTD dependent on experience
  • Location: London/Hybrid
