Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford, E15 4PH
Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday

A well-established housing and community services provider is looking for a proactive and professional Central Services Co-ordinator to join their Central Support Services Team. This is a vital position that helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of customer care across estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors, and suppliers-handling all queries with a high level of professionalism.

Schedule and coordinate estate services based on operational demand.

Audit and monitor data quality, ensuring records and systems are up to date and accurate.

Support compliance with mandatory training and assist staff in accessing learning resources.

Produce service performance reports and highlight any risks or improvement opportunities.

Work collaboratively across departments to meet service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.

About You:

A strong background in office administration or customer service.

Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.

Confident working under pressure, with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask.

Proficient in IT systems including MS Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms.

Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team-focused environment.

Committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service with attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience supporting training and development initiatives.

Background in housing, estates, facilities, or a related service-based environment.

Awareness of safeguarding principles and best practice in customer care.
