They are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analytics leader to advance the analytical function within their Supply Chain organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across supply, demand, logistics, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader with deep expertise in business analytics, supply chain operations, and enterprise systems

Primary responsibilities include

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for senior supply chain leadership, translating business priorities into clear analytical frameworks and insights
  • Lead cross-functional projects that improve supply chain efficiency, service levels, cost structure, and scalability
  • Improve existing BI reporting infrastructure by implementing best practices as it relates to use cases, design, development, testing and administration of reports and dashboards
  • Be the subject matter expert in data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling for supply chain operations
  • Build strong relationships with Supply Chain Operations, Finance teams and IT
  • Keep accessibility and open communication at the forefront of all BI strategies. This includes fast turnaround to stakeholders, keeping project and initiatives well documented and developing strong lines of communication throughout organizations
  • Suggest new project strategies and carry them out with the team with minimal manager involvement

Desired Skills & Characteristics

  • Familiarity with scenario planning, cost modeling, or predictive analytics in a supply chain context
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to executive leadership
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and change priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail orientated with analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with AI/Machine Learning and/or big data analytics solutions, either developing or in partnership with IT
  • Business/Finance acumen to determine how to leverage IT/Analytics skills to produce insights

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Advanced proficiency with DAX functions and SQL
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • Experience with Google Looker is a plus
  • APICS or other relevant certifications

Education / Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related roles, with a focus on high-tech manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading strategic BI initiatives
