A key role in visualising and analysing data in a meaningful and insightful way to ensure data is at the heart of all decision making, enabling better outcomes that make a real difference to people. They will be the first point of contact for their area for all BI requirements, receiving all requests and managing through to delivery.
Main duties of the job

Work directly with Division to gather requirements, prioritise work packages and then design, develop and implement resultant Business Intelligence Solutions.
Providing users with seamless access to information to support service delivery, improvement and management.
Continually develop the information and business intelligence provision, working closely with their Divisional leadership to capture key business requirements and foster an intelligence lead culture.
Engaging with multiple stakeholders; responsible for the development, preparation and maintenance of high quality, timely and accurate intelligence provision and analytical services to ensure managers, clinicians and operational staff have the information required to deliver a high quality, safe, patient focused service.
Lead/Develop toolkits, reports and dashboards that directly address Divisional and wider organisational requirements to provide evidence based information that enable hindsight, insights and foresight.
Supporting the operational and strategic decision-making process through the provision of focused business intelligence, including, providing leadership on capacity planning and modelling to support service developments and performance objectives.
