I'm currently hiring for aBusiness Intelligence Managerto join an innovative and globally recognized, award winning organisation.


This role sits within thePeople Team, so your focus will be HR/People data.

You'll be working closely with stakeholders to turn insights into actionable, positive initiatives across the business.


You'd be reporting into the Head of BI, with 2 direct reports underneath you.

At this level, not only would you be looking after the analysis, you'd be guiding the strategy!


Who they're looking for?

✔️ Someone who can build reports in PowerBI (both front end and back end)

đź’« Have the ability to pull data/ create reports from HR systems

âś… Be experienced with data visualisation

🚀 Be able to successfully line manage 2 analysts
