Job Description

I’m heling a growing insurer find an MI & BI Insight Manager in a newly created role.


The roe will involve is a mixture of being strategic, management and hands-on technical. They are a company going through a considerable amount of growth and are investing heavily in data and technology including building a new innovative data platform and various other data projects.


Key aspects of the role are:


  • Managing a team of 6 BI Developers
  • Conducting BI reports using Power BI, Fabric and DRAX
  • Shaping the organisations data strategy
  • Managing CXO relationships
  • Building a new data platform and being part of other key data programmes


They are seeking someone from the Insurance or FS industries who has strong technical experience as we as prior managing experience. The role is paying a base of up to £100,000 pa plus bonus and benefits and is hybrid working between London and remote.
