Overview

We're looking for a BI Account Director to join the Business Intelligence function responsible for consolidating technical knowledge to develop consistent processes across the agency. The function is responsible for managing data collection, analysis, insight, and tech solutions for our digital marketing clients. The BI Function sits within our Data, Technology & Business Consulting discipline, and this role will support the delivery of strategic intelligence to our clients from the data available from their industry and digital marketing campaigns.
Internally, you will oversee the integration of a client’s technology stack into our own systems and processes, working alongside activation, client and consultancy teams to ensure this data is being correctly utilized across reporting, analysis, forecasting, and planning. Externally, you'll be a key point of contact for all things data and tech.
Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will be expected to:
Write good quality SQL code to clean and prepare data for reporting.
Design bespoke visualizations and UX design, and advise on best practices for other stakeholders.
Maintain and grow knowledge of media data sources, using this knowledge to source data, and advise other data consumers and AdOps on best practices.
Work closely with our Data Solutions (Engineers) to ingest and model data, collecting requirements from across the user base and converting them into data requirements.
Develop strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs, objectives, and pain points, and help them make data-driven business decisions.
Brief and manage workflows with our global delivery team.
Accountable for the delivery of multi-market, cross-channel reporting dashboards to brief.
Present complex analysis to senior client stakeholders.
Act as point of escalation to solve reporting issues.
Work with highly skilled internal teams to identify insights from reporting data and optimization opportunities to suggest strategic actions.
Carry out regular research into broader industry trends and competitor analysis to uncover key insights that could drive performance growth.
Deliver training sessions to multiple client stakeholders and the wider Assembly business.
Manage, mentor, and motivate direct reports to encourage their professional development while providing hands-on, daily supervision and guidance.
