This isn't just another reporting gig. You'll be the analytical powerhouse behind AQA's mission to deliver world-class assessments. You'll work across the business, from research to operations, crafting MI and BI reports that drive performance, uncover insights, and elevate standards. You'll be part of a dynamic team of Data Analysts and Analytics professionals, embedded in a culture that values curiosity, creativity, and challenge, a team who support and guide to really develop your career and skills.

You'll:

  • Lead the evolution of our reporting suite-standardising, improving, and innovating.

  • Build relationships with stakeholders and influence how data drives decisions.

  • Dive deep into AQA's rich data assets to produce tailored, high-impact analyses.

  • Stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge data visualisation techniques.

You're not just good with data-you're great with people. You know how to turn complex information into clear, compelling stories. You challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and deliver insights that spark action. You're comfortable with ambiguity, thrive on autonomy, and love solving problems that matter.

What you bring:

  • Mastery of data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).

  • Strong experience in querying and manipulating large complex datasets using tools such as SQL and Alteryx.

  • A sharp analytical mind and a knack for translating business needs into data-driven solutions.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence across teams.

  • A hunger to learn, grow, and push boundaries.
