The Liquid AI Team is looking for someone who is passionate about leveraging data, analytics and AI to help clients solve critical business questions more effectively and efficiently leveraging Circana Brainwaves. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brainwave Designer to join our team, specializing in utilizing your subject matter expertise and understanding of the business issues clients are facing to design future Brainwaves that help our clients solve key business questions. As a Liquid AI Brainwave Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing the blueprints for the future Brainwaves that will transform raw data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that drive better business decisions in the most efficient way possible for our clients.

Job Responsibilities
Design Future Circana Brainwaves: Accountable for the design of the future Circana Brainwaves that are key enablers for Circanas future commercial growth.
Translate Unstructured Complex Business Problems Into Well-Defined Processes : Ensures that the Brainwaves we build are focused on solving the right problems for our clients and, visualized in a way significantly improves the effectiveness and efficiency of key decision-making processes.
Leverage all of Circanas Data Assets and Solutions : In designing Brainwaves that are meant to help clients solve the full range of different of business questions they face it will be critical for Brainwave Designers to determine which combination of data assets (including available 3rd party or client data assets) and Circana Solutions need to be used to best answer they business question the Brainwave is looking to solve.
Deep Data Analysis and Interpretation: Design Brainwaves that best analyse and interpret data from various sources, extracting meaningful insights to address the key business questions the Brainwave is meant to solve.
Development of AI Prompts: Robust and strong prompts are critical for the LLM to be able to derive the robust and appropriate synthesis and interpretation of the data and analysis is a critical component for the success of Circana Brainwaves. The Brainwave Designer is responsible for the development of these prompts that in the future will also look to drive actionable recommendations.
Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with key internal and client stakeholders to ensure all developed designs are built in the best way to meet the business needs of our clients and are will result in commercially viable Brainwaves.

Required profile: Insights Professional: Substantial experience, as an CPG / Retail insights professional, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation that enables the candidate to be viewed as a thought leader.
Deep Familiarity with Circana all Data Assets and Solutions: In-depth familiarity with the creation of reporting content in Unify, along with experience in the design of visualizations using Circana data assets (Price Promo, FSP, Panel etc).
Strong Problem-Solving Skillset : Proven ability to leverage data in innovative ways to best solve client problems, including cause/effect analysis and a high degree of innate curiosity required
Technology and AI Enthusiast: Willingness to embrace new technologies and a passion for leveraging innovative solutions to drive business value.
Ability to Manage Key Stakeholder Groups : Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with different stakeholder groups (internal and client stakeholders) to be viewed as a highly credible and trusted advisor
Client-Focused: Proven track record of interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Large Language Model capabilities : Some usage of LLM-based technologies, such as ChatGPT or other solutions that leverage generative artificial intelligence, would be ideal.
