You’ll collaborate across business functions to deliver high-impact analytics data products, enabling stakeholders to understand trends, answer critical questions, and drive strategic decisions. How you will do it* Design, manage, and enhance reports and dashboards in partnership with business stakeholders. Lead the migration of legacy BI and reporting platforms to modern Microsoft Power BI/Fabric solutions, driving standardization and simplification.* Collaborate with data engineering to establish centralized, accurate, and reliable databases, integrating data from platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ERPs, and more.* Partner with operational and finance teams to ensure consistent, cross-functional reporting. Facilitate communication and best practices within the global team and across regional analytics resources.* Leverage emerging analytics tools and technologies to deliver world-class data products. Support Agile project delivery while adhering to Lean principles.* Provide analytics expertise to regional senior and executive leadership, supporting their strategic data needs.* Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure BI datasets and products reflect accurate, consistent, and trustworthy information for business decision-making.What we look for* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field from a recognized university.* Experience in business/sales analytics, operations, or CRM.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently conduct data analysis and distill findings into actionable insights.* Proficiency in analytical tools and dashboard development; skilled in database queries and tools such as Microsoft Power BI/Fabric, Snowflake, SQL, Python, etc.* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.* Strong business acumen, interpersonal, and communication skills.* Fluency in English.Our cultureAt Johnson Controls you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in today’s market.
