ACCOUNT OVERVIEW OpenMind was recently awardedthe ZEUR assignment for Nestlé Europe. With 47 countries, +450 teammembers, and regular new product launches, the account is lookingfor a Business Director to provide strong Analytics experience andleadership for in-scope Nestlé categories. Being above market, therole offers plenty of variety, with an enjoyable balance betweendriving growth for brands, strategic consultancy, and laying theframework for excellence, ensuring we’re delivering change atscale. OVERVIEW OF ROLE: The Business Director, BusinessIntelligence role is here to bridge the gap between Nestlé Categoryteams and Analytics best practice. This position plays an integralpart in supporting media investment teams as they set their annualmedia budgets and optimize effective plans for their accounts. Thisincludes developing a thorough understanding of the media marketingmeasurement landscape and being able to effectively articulatecomplex concepts in a digestible way to clients and internal teams.We have a unique opportunity to raise the bar for Analytics acrossZEUR, working with some of the biggest brands on the planet. Youwill help drive the education of the wider Local Market teams onyour approach to ensure the same principles ring true across theregion, driving Analytics excellence further still.RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead the creation of budget setting exercisesat ZEUR level and provide recommendations on a diverse array ofchannel budget optimization tools and methodologies to be appliedcentrally. 2. Work with markets in Europe to calibrate MarketingMix Model response curves into the agency media planning software.3. Lead the development of consolidated Marketing Mix Modelanalysis for Nestlé Category teams. 4. Provide relevant inputs toNestlé Zone Europe Media Principles and work with category tolocalize this guide. YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: 1. Bachelor’sdegree, preferably in Applied Math, Statistics, Economics, orManagement (with heavily quantitative classwork). 2. Experience ina highly analytic or strategic role. 3. Detail-oriented,comfortable working with numbers, and able to apply statisticalmethods within a Marketing context. 4. Proactive; strong attentionto detail. 5. Able to work on multiple projects at the same time.6. Polished verbal and written communications skills. 7. Familiarwith some of the theoretical/practical knowledge on the techniquesdescribed below: - Marketing or Media Mix Modelling (understandoutputs, perform) - Regression / Multi-variate regression analysis- Ad Effectiveness research - A/B Tests, Lift analysis, Multicellanalysis - Digital & Multi-touch attribution - Media MixOptimization, based on response curves - Extensive experience indelivering presentations to senior stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
