Businss Development Assistant

Circa £28,000, Burgess Hill, Full-time, Permanent, Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

The Role

We are delighted to be looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our client's team. This role is vital in identifying and generating high-quality leads for their telemarketing team. Working closely with business development, you will research company data, identify key decision-makers, and ensure accurate lead entry into the CRM system, HubSpot.

Key responsibilities include:

Researching and identifying companies requiring the company services.
Analysing company websites and LinkedIn to understand operations and potential needs.
Collecting and verifying key data points, including company size, locations, and commercial sector focus.
Identifying key decision-makers in roles such as facilities, operations, procurement, and office management.
Ensuring all leads are correctly entered and cross-checked in HubSpot to maintain data accuracy.
Using tools like Lusha to enrich contact information and improve data quality.
Preparing and handing over qualified leads to the telemarketing team for follow-up.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar lead generation or business development role. A strong ability to research, analyse company data, and identify key contacts is essential. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are key to success in this role.

This role could suit someone who has worked as a Business Development Executive, Market Research Analyst, or Sales Support Specialist.
