As aBusiness and Data Analyst Senior Associatewithin the LSSP team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting data and migration efforts within the Payment Operations organization. You’ll contribute to transformation and change programs, ensuring our solutions are innovative, well-designed, and aligned with our mission. The Readiness, Enablement, and Migration (REM) program team oversees all aspects of program delivery, ensuring clients are safely migrated to our new payments platform, Graphite. In this role, you will be central to REM’s collaboration with impacted teams and stakeholder engagement, helping to drive successful outcomes across the organization.


Job Responsibilities

  • Focus on three key areas: data analysis, migration readiness, and client communications/stakeholder engagement.
  • Support and guide project teams globally with consistent use of data models, planning tools, techniques, and artefacts.
  • Ensure deployment of all REM support in each market to drive business readiness for client migration, collaborating with business analysts, technical teams, and local stakeholders.
  • Use data analysis techniques to create client demographics and migration strategies.
  • Coordinate and conduct Production Verification Testing (PVT) of functionality, production flows, and target processes in support of client migrations.
  • Understand the scope of PVT regionally, including accounts, system access, and stakeholder engagement requirements.
  • Coordinate and deliver an internal and external client communication plan for each project.
  • Support planning, tracking, and reporting of progress in readiness and client migration delivery.
  • Provide a strong platform for your career within a strategic programme, whether in Operations, Projects, Product, or other partner roles

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Ability to analyze data to inform requirements and client migration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the ‘big picture’ and alignment with clients’ goals.
  • Experience in project management, including client and operational readiness.
  • Creative, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuously improving practices.
  • Confident communicator, able to support teammates in making sound decisions.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Alteryx training available to support data analysis.
  • Effective collaboration with team members and cross-functional working groups.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Data investigation skills to inform requirements and client migration strategies, with experience in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Python.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and support teammates in making sound decisions.
  • Proven project management skills, particularly in client and operational readiness.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuously improving practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with requirements methodology and programme delivery.
  • Technical skills development in global payment products.
