We are looking for a

highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst

to support our

Riskteam

in implementing changes to the

Trading Controls Framework

following an internal gap assessment.The role involves analyzing

end-to-end front office trade flows , particularly

remote booking flows , while collaborating with

Risk andFront Office teams

to enhance the trading control framework.Key Responsibilities

Analyze and map

front office trade flows , identifying inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.Support

Project Managers, Risk, and Front Office

in implementing recommendations and producing key documentation.Enhance the

management framework

and review

control standards

in collaboration with

Non-Financial Risk (NFR) .Develop and maintain the

trading control inventory .Provide insights and

data-driven analysis

on

trading inventory

to improve transparency and risk mitigation.Create

dashboards, reports, and models

to support business objectives and regulatory compliance.Work closely with stakeholders to drive

operational improvements

and ensure

compliance .Prepare

presentations

to support decision-making and project communication.Requirements

Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst

in

investment banking or financial services .Strong understanding of front office

trade flows, remote booking processes,

and

UK trading control requirements .Experience working with

Front Office

and

senior stakeholders .Ability to work with cross-functional teams ( Risk, Audit, Compliance, Front Office ).Strong skills in

creating and delivering clear, insightful presentations .Excellent

stakeholder management

and

communication skills .Attention to detail and ability to work in a

fast-paced environment .What We Offer:
