About the Role
We are looking for ahighly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analystto support ourRiskteamin implementing changes to theTrading Controls Frameworkfollowing an internal gap assessment.
The role involves analyzingend-to-end front office trade flows, particularlyremote booking flows, while collaborating withRisk andFront Office teamsto enhance the trading control framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and mapfront office trade flows, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
- SupportProject Managers, Risk, and Front Officein implementing recommendations and producing key documentation.
- Enhance themanagement frameworkand reviewcontrol standardsin collaboration withNon-Financial Risk (NFR).
- Develop and maintain thetrading control inventory.
- Provide insights anddata-driven analysisontrading inventoryto improve transparency and risk mitigation.
- Createdashboards, reports, and modelsto support business objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to driveoperational improvementsand ensurecompliance.
- Preparepresentationsto support decision-making and project communication.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analystininvestment banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of front officetrade flows, remote booking processes,andUK trading control requirements.
- Experience working withFront Officeandsenior stakeholders.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Risk, Audit, Compliance, Front Office).
- Strong skills increating and delivering clear, insightful presentations.
- Excellentstakeholder managementandcommunication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in afast-paced environment.
