Salary Range: £23,500 - £32,400 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits
Location: Hybrid with occasional travel to Glasgow

Our Team
 
An exciting opportunity exists within our Business Administration Fulfilment team. Our Team support our Business customers by assisting them and relationship managers with lots of administrative tasks and requests, this could include but is not limited to ordering a debit card, account closures, changes to direct debit/standing order, updating contact details and the list goes on. If you're looking for a role that ensures no two days are the same and can provide lots of variety in a fast paced work environment then this could be the role for you. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a best in class, tailored based service to our business customers while also supporting our Relationship Managers so they can deliver great customer experience.
 
What you’ll be doing 

Being point of contact for prospective and existing customers for a range of administrative tasks, providing a fantastic customer experience

Providing professional and personable customer service at all times, taking ownership of queries and requests

Contributing to the team's overall business objectives

Ensuring that service quality is of the highest order, developing measures to continually assess the service provided to clients

Maintaining and demonstrating high degrees of data quality and accuracy

Ensuring all policies, procedures and FCA banking regulations are adhered to at all times

Working independently but also be a good team player, with a ‘’can do’’ attitude

We need you to have 

A genuine passion for customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile, to ensure a positive outcome

Previous experience of building successful relationships both internally and externally via various communication methods

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Good time management, ensuring all tasks are complete within required timescales

A superb eye for detail to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks

Knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures

A High level of awareness of money laundering, risk assessment and risk management policies and procedures

It's a bonus if you have but essential 

Experience within Business Banking

Good knowledge of our business products and services

If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks
