ABOUT THE ROLE

The Director of Brand Insights will lead an international team of talented Brand Insights Managers and Analysts in their mission to manage high-service customers and deliver insightful data reports across regions. Combining advanced industry knowledge (Fashion, Luxury, Beauty) with high level data and Marketing/PR intelligence expertise, the Director of Brand Insights will be responsible for managing a large complex customer base and developing a highly competitive and scalable reporting offering contributing to company growth in terms of business and awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Design processes, methodologies and tools to streamline and scale the Brand Insights team across all phases of the customer’s relationship and reporting projects.
  • Ensure high data quality and timely delivery of all deliverables, providing actionable, industry-relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage our unique data asset to maintain a highly competitive catalog of reports and consultative insights that align with customer business objectives and needs.
  • Manage and onboard the Brand Insights team including training on our products, services, and internal processes.
  • Lead and support the Brand Insights team by providing ongoing guidance on data analysis, presentations, business strategies, and approaches to solve specific problems, ensuring they are kept abreast of industry changes and trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with our data and product teams to influence the development of new reporting delivery capabilities, including business intelligence, artificial intelligence/machine learning capability, and algorithm development.
  • Work closely with global marketing to propose and develop content that will highlight our data expertise, foster awareness and strengthen industry leadership.
  • Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy of our reporting offering (targets, markets, pricing & packaging).

ABOUT YOU

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years in the data analytics or media intelligence field
  • Proven experience delivering insights for the Fashion, Luxury and Beauty industry
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety of team members at different levels
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment while projecting a positive attitude
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, project management skills, and business acumen
  • Strong leadership mentality and innovative mindset
