A forefront of innovative energy and building management solutions is looking for a high-performing Account Manager to help drive sales, develop client relationships, and expand our market presence in the South-East & London region.
As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage existing 265 accounts and grow new business opportunities across the South-East & London.
  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and margin targets.
  • Build strong relationships with FM companies, management agents, and key end-users.
  • Identify new routes to market, expand the client base, and cross-sell solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales, technical, and service delivery teams to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Own the bid process and ensure robust sales governance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while continuously driving revenue growth.
    What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a target-driven sales role within BMS, Energy, FM, or Property sectors.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to create client-focused solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies from planning to successful delivery.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage key decision-makers.
  • Good working knowledge of Building & Energy Management Systems, bid management, and data analytics is an advantage.
