Our Performance & Reporting team are focused on driving innovation, enhancing our client’s integrated controls capability, improving performance, and delivering better programme outcomes. We have a growing national team of over 600 Controls & Performance professionals. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director for Performance and Reporting to join our busy and expanding Infrastructure team, who are undertaking a range of Controls & Performance duties on several high-profile Infrastructure and Defence Projects/Programmes, locally in the Northwest and nationally.

This role is predominantly based in the North with some regional travel required and we would welcome applicants based across Yorkshire, Northwest, Northeast and Scotland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and delegating activities of the Performance and Reporting team on complex projects or programmes. Communication with Senior Management / Stakeholders to deliver updates. Briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood. Developing and maintaining leadership relationships with interfacing disciplines. Line management activities including career development and performance management. Continuous improvement in Performance and Reporting (and interfacing project controls) processes to create efficiency and increasing benefits to our clients. The implementation, embedding and roll-out of any identified changes to Performance and Reporting processes. The benefits and requirements of Performance and Reporting within the project and programme team. Subject Matter Expertise. Expert analysis to relevant stakeholders and senior management, supporting effective decision making. Training and coaching to clients and less experienced team members on Performance and Reporting processes and practices. T&T’s recruitment activities to grow and develop the project controls capability.  The national and regional Performance and Reporting communities including Community of Practice.

You integrate technology as part of the delivery of Performance Management & Reporting aiming to increase efficiency, automation, and advanced analytics of project information. You anticipate future challenges and opportunities for clients. Qualifications

Experience in Performance and Reporting on complex projects/programmes is essential. Experience of interfacing with other Project Controls disciplines is essential.  Experience in leading Performance and Reporting teams is essential. Demonstrable track record in identifying reporting and data requirements and documenting these using the appropriate types of tools and documentation is essential. An understanding of data, data architecture and data models is essential. The ability to work in both delivery and transformation projects is desirable. Familiarity with NEC contracts is desirable.  For Defence specific requirements, individuals must be sole UK National; currently holding, or have the ability to get SC Clearance
