About the Role

As Associate Director of Data and Insights you will lead the management, analysis, and interpretation of marketing and admissions data to uncover insights that fuel business growth and enhance decision-making across the University.

Reporting into senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key part in shaping data strategy, developing impactful insights, and driving measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Design, implement, and manage data collection systems to gather relevant business intelligence from internal and external sources.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic planning and performance improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that visualise key metrics and KPIs for stakeholders across the University.
Analyse trading performance, identify its drivers, and communicate findings in a clear, actionable way to a variety of audiences.
Build scalable, automated reporting frameworks that enable leaders to identify commercial trends and performance opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and other departments to surface opportunities for growth and ensure they are actioned effectively.

What You’ll Bring:

A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Proven expertise in data systems such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-impact insights.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
