Our Real Estate Finance team is a market leading team which acts lender side for major banks, debt funds, insurers and other financial institutions and borrower side for investors, developers, blue chip property companies and family offices on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions across all real estate asset classes. You will be working closely with the Partners and other team members and will have the opportunity to undertake a variety of finance work including development finance, hotel finance, Islamic finance and mezzanine finance transactions in sectors such as hotels and leisure, PRS, student accommodation, logistics and offices. Addleshaw Goddard has a strong reputation for providing Associates with a supportive but equally dynamic environment and so anyone taking up this role can expect to have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to growing our business.
