Responsibilities

of the role
Building financial, risk and general Business Intelligence data models and reports. Support and enhance data visualisation to ensure consistent user experience. Provide support for ad-hoc reporting requests. Work in collaboration with the reporting lead to promote tools adoption and a strong data culture across thepany, through relevant frameworks, processes, and training.
Your experience, skills and knowledge

Essential
Desire to learn BI report modelling and data visualisation techniques Desire to learn data analytic techniques (data cleansing, data manipulation). Basic SQL knowledge working with relational databases. Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Desirable
Working knowledge of BI reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI). Working knowledge of data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery). Code versioning (Github integration and automation). Experience with Agile and Scrum Technologies. Familiarity with dbt and Airflow is an advantage. Experience working in a start-up or scale up environment. Experience working in the fields of financial technology, traditional financial services, or blockchain/cryptocurrency. Data Management andernance experience.
