Assistant Underwriting Technician - International Programmes

London | Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking to grow your career in insurance operations? We're looking for an Assistant Underwriting Technician to support multinational business operations for a leading global insurer.

What you'll be doing:

Support the timely and accurate issuance of policies and documents across international programmes

Liaise with underwriters, brokers, producing offices and fronting partners to ensure policy requirements are met

Input and maintain underwriting data across systems such as Geras, Pool Re, One Flow, Global Network Portal, and others

Administer bordereaux from MGAs and TPAs

Respond to credit control and e-accounting queries and process necessary corrections

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal data quality standards

Participate in projects that improve operational effectiveness

What we're looking for:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with data input and document processing (insurance or financial services preferred)

Good working knowledge of Excel and Word

Able to manage deadlines and work under pressure

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

A-levels (or equivalent) essential; degree desirable
