Data Entry & Asset Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our client's team in a data-focused role. This position involves working with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, and supporting key processes related to asset management. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and manage data accurately within internal systems.

Assist in the processing and maintenance of asset records.

Work closely with relevant teams to ensure data integrity.

Provide regular progress updates and manage workload effectively.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid working environment.

Desirable:

Experience with asset management systems.

Familiarity with facilities management or similar environments.
