When you’ve completed your apprenticeship, we’ll give you the option to stay permanently. We’ve got apprenticeships available across all sorts of disciplines. And if you’re not sure what you want to do, we’ll work with you to find the best fit.

Our leaders are passionate about our Academy colleagues which means you’ll be at the heart of major projects, creating important tangible outcomes designed to build your experience and confidence in the workplace, gaining recognised qualifications as you go. The majority of our qualifications will be Level, 2 or 3 depending on the role.

We have roles in the following areas: 

• 2 x Apprentice Customer Account Representative
• Data Analyst Apprentice
• Corporate Recoveries Apprentice
• Corporate Processing Apprentice
• 4 x Sales (Direct and Intermediary)
• Apprentice Management Accountant

Our apprenticeship qualifications are across levels 2, 3 and 4. 

Our application process is now open, and we are excited to start shortlisting candidates for the recruitment and selection process which will commence in the new year. The process includes the following steps:

1. Submission of your application (CV)
2. A telephone or Teams interview
3. An onsite assessment centre in Cheadle, taking place in February and March 2025

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE Grade 4 or above
• The drive and motivation to want to succeed
• Good interpersonal skills
