We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SeniorProduct Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in AI, LLM and AI agents, with hands-onexperience in delivering production-ready projects in this domain.You will play a pivotal role in driving the development ofenterprise applications, particularly in the legal domain, and willbe responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Thisrole requires a deep understanding of transactionalworkflowapplications, platform development, and API integration, as well asexceptional collaboration and communication skills. About the RoleProduct Strategy & Vision: * Define and articulate the productvision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven enterpriseapplications, with a focus on the legal domain. * Collaborate withstakeholders to identify market needs, customer pain points, andopportunities for innovation. AI, LLM & AI Agents Expertise: *Leverage your strong understanding of AI, LLM and AI agents toguide the development of intelligent, production-ready solutionsthat expands CoCounsel offerings, our flagship AI solution for thelegal industry. * Work closely with data scientists, engineers, anddesigners to ensure the successful implementation of AI features.Transactional solutions: * Lead the development of exceptionaltransactional applications that are built to meet the needs oflarge law firms in a fast-paced environment. * Ensure that productsmeet the highest standards of security, usability, reliability andquality. Workflow Applications: * Utilize your knowledge ofworkflow applications to design and optimize processes that enhanceuser productivity and efficiency. * Identify opportunities toautomate and streamline workflows using AI and other technologies.Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work closely with engineering,design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensurealignment and successful product launches. * Foster a collaborativeenvironment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Communication: * Act as the primary point of contactfor all product-related matters, both internally and externally. *Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges tostakeholders at all levels of the organization. About YouExperience: * 5+ years of experience in product management, with afocus on AI-driven applications and enterprise software. * Proventrack record of delivering production-ready AI projects. *Experience in the legal domain or with legal applications is highlydesirable. Technical Skills: * Strong understanding of AI, machinelearning, and AI agents. * Good knowledge of workflow applicationsand process automation. Soft Skills: * Exceptional collaborationand teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively incross-functional teams. * Strong communication skills, both writtenand verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts todiverse audiences. * Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment. Education: * Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PreferredQualifications: * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and productmanagement tools (e.g., ADO (Azure DevOps server), Office 365apps). * Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles andbest practices.
