Job Description Finance Systems Manager, EastMidlands/Remote An exciting new opportunity has arisen for afinance systems manager to work at a leading, full-service law firmin East Midlands. Based within the finance systems team, the mainpurpose of this role will be to maintain and develop the financesystems and improve processes. Main day to day responsibilitieswill include: - Maintaining the practice management system andmanaging systems upgrades. - Developing an understanding of how thefinance systems interact. - Managing user access and security. -Monitoring databases, managing month-end system close and ensuringtasks are run. - Investigating and resolving system issues. -Extracting data and designing reports. - Dealing with complexsystem requests and queries. - Reviewing business process anddocumentation. - Reviewing data integrity for the finance systems.Main experience and skills required: - Excellent knowledge ofAderant and PowerBI. - Excellent working knowledge of SQL. -Project delivery. - Strong analytical skills. To be considered forthis role, it is essential that you possess strong organisationalskills and the ability to juggle a busy workload.
