About our Team

The Digital Product Analytics team is part of the wider Digital Product team in Global Technology (Gtech). The team sits as part of the COO's office. They develop analytics output to support product teams to understand their products and support decision making. The team include Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Analysts and Data Product Analysts.

About the Role

This role will work in the Digital Product Analytics team within the wider Digital Products team in RX's Global Technology function. They will support our vision to drive a data-driven culture in Digital Products and beyond by leading analytics efforts and projects. They will balance technical analytics responsibilities with delivering data-embedded actionable insights to a wide range of business stakeholders. This role will work closely with the product team to evolve both business and product-level KPIs
 

Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end analytics delivery (scope, define approach, implement and deliver insights)

Working closely with business stakeholders to collate requirements and ensure output exceeds expectations

Partnering with relevant Product leads to improve product performance based on KPIs

Managing reporting of digital product metrics and KPIs

Owning and delivering key reporting assets and KPI dashboards that support both product and commercial stakeholders

Evangelising and demonstrating the ethos of Digital Product Analytics team

Supervising delivery of work by 2 BI analysts


Requirements

Possess prior experience working in an analytics function and leading analytics output

Demonstrate expertise in usage of SQL and Python

Have working knowledge of BI solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, Big Query etc)

Possess working knowledge of web/digital reporting solutions (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

Have experience working with cloud-based analytics solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure etc)

Be able to successfully influence business decisions with analytics, using hypothesis-based approaches
