Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum with a total package of £46,000 (Bonus)

What you'll be doing;

Are you ready to take your data analytics career to the next level? We are seeking an exceptional Analytics Lead with the potential to transition into an Analytics Manager role within 12 months. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to spearhead our data-driven decision-making initiatives and shape their own career trajectory.

As our Analytics Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our ecological transformation journey, collaborating closely with the Data Delivery Manager to curate and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap. Your role will be pivotal in elevating our organisation's analytical capabilities and fostering a data-centric culture, with a clear path to increased responsibilities and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their data and analytics needs
Translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities
Support analytics teams with training and rollout of delivered solutions
Drive solutions to support Veolia's ecological transformation goals
Optimise processes for data ingestion, validation and modelling to ensure efficient and environmentally conscious solutions
Actively pursue personal development opportunities to prepare for the Analytics Manager role
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in data analytics and stakeholder management
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Expertise in data governance and security practices
Passion for sustainability and ecological transformation
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Ambition and drive to grow into a managerial role within 12 months
What You'll Need to Demonstrate at Interview:

In-depth knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies
Experience in developing and implementing analytics roadmaps
Ability to present complex data insights in a clear, engaging manner
Problem-solving skills through real-world examples
Understanding of sustainability trends and their application in data analytics
Leadership potential and ability to mentor team members
Self-motivation and a clear plan for personal development towards the Analytics Manager role
Vision for scaling analytics capabilities and driving organisational change
