What you’ll do:

This role will report into our Head of Data and will be responsible for core day-to-day analytics engineering activities and leading a team of engineers.

  • Team Leader:Ensure the analytics engineering team is set up for success and thriving.
  • Empower the Business with Data:Deliver accurate and reliable data to the business in a format that’s easy to use.
  • Data Champion:Be a key player in guiding the business towards a data-first approach and play a key role in our data community.
  • Analytics Engineering Excellence:Ensure our critical data infrastructure is reliable, efficient, and scalable.

What you’ll bring:

  • Mindset:Bring a collaborative spirit, curiosity, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, resilience, and a customer-centric focus to drive success in data analytics.
  • Management Experience:Experience in managing a high-performance analytics team and staying committed to their growth.
  • Core Tech Skills:Multiple years of experience in using SQL and DBT to aggregate data and calculate metrics.
  • Continuous Learning:Be committed to staying up to date with industry trends and advances to ensure you can innovate solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
