Analytics and Data Tester
Location: London or Glasgow - Hybrid working - 3 days onsite/2 days remote

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

We're looking for a detail-oriented Analytics and Data Tester to join our clients Business Services Business Intelligence team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics products across Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) domains.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and executing test plans, scripts, and cases for reports and dashboards in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
Conducting regression, functional, and system integration testing
Automating tests where feasible using appropriate tools
Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and report logic issues
Collaborating with business analysts and developers to validate reporting requirements
Supporting continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling
Ensuring data quality and compliance with governance standards
Producing documentation and tracking test outcomes and defects

What You'll Bring

Essential:

Hands-on experience testing ERP
Proficient in SQL for data validation and test development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Agile working environments
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly
Knowledge of analytics tools and Oracle database environments
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple prioritiesDesirable:

Experience influencing testing infrastructure/tools
Familiarity with data quality frameworks and governance standards
