83zero are supporting a global IT Consultancy who is searching for a driven and strategic AI Sales Manager to support and scale their client's Financial Services & Insurance divisions.

This role is focused on driving the adoption of AI and data-driven solutions across banking, insurance, and fintech sectors. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering revenue growth through innovative AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for AI solutions tailored to the Financial Services & Insurance sectors
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across banking, insurance, and fintech clients
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
Partner with leading AI and cloud technology vendors to align offerings and co-sell initiatives
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, ensuring consistent sales performance
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in financial services

Skills & Experience

Proven success in B2B technology sales, ideally within AI, data analytics, or cloud services
Strong understanding of AI applications in financial services and insurance (e.g., fraud detection, risk modeling, customer insights)
Experience working with Tier 1 technology vendors and strategic partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
