Role Overview

We are currently looking for remote-based AI Engineers based in Algeria, to support our innovative client engagement working within UK hours.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide solution options and recommend the most effective technical approaches.
  • Independently handle complex Gen AI use cases end-to-end.
  • Ensure productivity from Day 1 with minimal ramp-up.

Quality & Governance

  • Establish and enforce quality gates including code reviews, test cases, and adherence to defined standards/patterns.
  • Deliver customer-facing outputs that are clean, accurate, and error-free.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as a single-threaded owner with executive management and the Prologis team.
  • Drive proactive improvements, not just reactive fixes.
  • Take full ownership of delivery and business conversations.

Innovation & Acceleration

  • Deliver POCs with measurable value-adds (e.g., time and cost savings).
  • Build reusable accelerators and templates for wider adoption across the client.
  • Support the client’s Agentic AI initiatives, helping position UST as a trusted innovation partner.

Your Profile

  • Proven expertise in Gen AI, Data Science, and LLM-based solutions.
  • Strong hands-on background with Microsoft OpenAI (GPT-5) or similar large-scale models.
  • Ability to manage both technical delivery and customer-facing leadership roles.
  • Experience setting up technical governance frameworks.
  • Track record of delivering POCs to production with quantifiable business impact.
