This is a hybrid role offering a permanent salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience.

Position details

The AI & Data Science Analyst will assist in analyzing large structured and unstructured data sets, supporting AI and data science solutions, including Generative AI technologies like LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.

The role involves:

  1. Applying data science best practices and standards.
  2. Assisting in designing and implementing Generative AI applications.
  3. Managing data collection, processing, and ensuring data integrity.
  4. Cleaning and preprocessing data for analysis.
  5. Performing statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  6. Developing predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
  7. Creating data visualizations with Python libraries and Power BI.
  8. Generating insights and reporting findings to stakeholders.
  9. Upholding ethical data practices and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Candidate requirements

  • Knowledge of Python, R, or similar data analysis languages and statistics.
  • Experience with data processing and cleaning.
  • Understanding of data management and ETL pipelines.
  • Skills in data visualization and storytelling.
  • Analytical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Awareness of Generative AI techniques, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with tools/frameworks for Generative AI (e.g., agentic AI, embedding models).
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

What we offer

Salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual bonus, flexible/remote working, training, professional development, mentoring, inclusive environment, and various schemes like electric car and cycle to work.
