We have an opportunity for an Aero Data Quality Engineer to join the team at our Silverstone facility. In this role you will work within a group of engineers to provide input to the Aero Performance & Correlation Group, specifically in the field of correlation across our wind tunnel, CFD and track data whilst ensuring that the data acquired in each environment is accurate and reliable.   • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of aero performance data collected from wind tunnel tests, CFD simulations and on‑track telemetry
  • Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes to maintain high standards of data integrity
  • Collaborate with aerodynamicists, engineers and data scientists to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of data quality processes to ensure continuous improvement as part of the wider correlation project
  • Work closely with other members of the Aero Performance group and other engineering groups
  • Provide a flexible attendance and attitude to work, in line with the requirements for the role and specific project requirements

What do you need to bring to the team?



  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Aerodynamics/Aeronautics) or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the motorsport industry
  • A good understanding of aerodynamics is required, with a keen attention to detail and must possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Good knowledge of data acquisition methods in an aerodynamic test environment
  • Good coding skills in a mathematical language (e.g. Python)
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with key stakeholders/directors
  • Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture
