Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail to meet the needs of the role.
  • Process all areas of your work efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and stay ahead of process changes/improvements.
  • Ensure administrative and coding duties are carried out efficiently with the patient at the forefront of care, enabling GPs to deliver the best patient care.
  • Ensure new and existing patients’ paper and electronic records are summarized/coded accurately and efficiently in line with in-house KPIs, customer SLAs, and SOPs/guidelines.
  • Understand all aspects of the role and adhere to the team’s SOP.
  • This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

  • Entry level
  • Experience in administration or data quality roles preferred but not required
