Administrative Assistant - Talent Acquisition

Are you a detail-oriented and organised professional ready to make an impact in the world of Talent Acquisition. Our client is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity! This hybrid role offers an hourly rate ranging from £16ph to £18ph. Based in Farringdon. Hybrid working. Monday - Friday- 9:00am-5:00pm. The sucessful candidate must be proficient in Greenhouse ATS.

Key Responsibilities:

Greenhouse ATS Administration:

Upload vacancies across ATS, LinkedIn, and internal channels.
Manage candidate records, ensuring data integrity within Greenhouse.
Interview Coordination:

Schedule interviews and prepare itineraries for a seamless process.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for candidates regarding logistics and updates.
Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the hiring journey.
Recruitment Reporting:

Compile data from Greenhouse to support hiring metrics and reporting efforts.
Generate insights on pipeline activity and recruitment effectiveness.
Workflow and Process Support:

Monitor candidate progress and flag any delays.
Collaborate with HR on onboarding coordination as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or recruiting support role.
Proficient in Greenhouse ATS and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in HR or recruiting environments.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
