The Role of Account Development Executive

The business intelligence platform which you would be working on, is a leading global platform which provides marketers with best practice advice, trend data, special reports, webinars, insights, research papers, advisory services and much more. It exists to help marketers to spend their budgets as effectively as possible in an ever changing marketing landscape. Clients pay an annual subscription for each marketer that requires access to the platform.

You will take ownership of a number of low risk clients. The purpose of your role will be to retain their business (eg renew their subscriptions each year) as well as growing their annual spend, which would be achieved by adding additional users onto the platform, increasing their subscription price and by selling bespoke advisory

Requirements for this Account Development Exec role

  • 6+ months sales or customer success experience
  • Eagerness to build a sales career within SaaS
  • An interest in marketing
  • Highly articulate, confident and a strong relationship person
  • Customer focused and d etail orientated
  • Outgoing, lively personality
