Open in all locations: France, Germany, the
Netherlands, and the United Kingdom We’re looking for a UX
Researcher with a strong background in quantitative methods to help
us deeply understand the people using our platform, which includes
both tradespeople and homeowners, across marketplaces. In this
role, you’ll design and execute research that combines behavioural
and attitudinal insights to shape the way we build products and
deliver value to our customers. This is a hands-on, high-impact
role at the centre of product development. You’ll work across teams
to ensure user perspectives are reflected in business and design
decisions, and you’ll lean into data to drive clarity and
confidence in what we build next. You’ll be part of our
experienced, multidisciplinary UX team (design, research, content,
and service design), collaborating closely with product, data, and
engineering. Together, we strive to build simple, intuitive, and
effective experiences in a space that’s complex and constantly
evolving. What you’ll be doing - Conduct quantitative and
qualitative research to uncover user needs, behaviours, and pain
points across our marketplace. - Use surveys, segmentation studies,
and behavioural data analysis to understand our users at scale. -
Collaborate with product and data teams to prioritise and execute
research that aligns with product goals and roadmaps. - Explore
user data using tools like MixPanel or Looker to complement your
findings and spot patterns worth investigating. - Translate
insights into clear, actionable recommendations that help teams
build with empathy and evidence. - Partner with data analysts,
product/content designers and product managers to frame meaningful
research questions and make data-informed decisions. - Help evolve
our research practice by sharing methods, improving tools, and
encouraging a culture of curiosity and evidence. - 3+ years of
hands-on UX research experience in a product environment—or
experience in a related field like market research, data analysis,
or consumer insights with a strong interest in UX. - Comfortable
with a range of quantitative methods (e.g. survey design,
segmentation, behavioural data analysis) and familiar with basic
statistical concepts. - Experience working with survey platforms
and analytical tools; familiarity with MixPanel or similar is a
strong plus. - Proven knowledge of qualitative research methods
(e.g. interviews, usability testing) and a desire to combine both
qualitative and quantitative insights. - Strong communicator who
can tailor findings for different audiences and influence product
direction through clear, compelling insights. - Proactive, curious,
and collaborative—you enjoy digging into problems and working with
others to solve them. - Fluency in English; Dutch or German is a
strong plus, French is a nice-to-have. Why you’ll enjoy working at
the Instapro Group You can make an Impact. Joining Instapro Group
is an opportunity to help crack the code in one of the last big
