If you are a quantitative researcher at or around the Associate Director level seeking a new challenge, this could be the role for you. Associate Directors are crucial to the success of this team. You will play an integral role in the business, leading your team and projects by example, and working closely with clients to offer advice and deliver impactful solutions. This role offers variety, challenges, and opportunities for rapid development and growth.

What the role offers you:

  • Responsibility for the overall quality of projects, overseeing all phases from initiation and design to final delivery
  • Designing exceptional questionnaires based on client briefs, ensuring objectives are met
  • Overseeing outputs, developing narrative outlines, and presenting data with clarity and impact
  • Leading client debriefs and project evaluations
  • Managing strategic or complex projects, handling higher-value work

    Account management responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Leading client meetings, advising on optimal data collection methods
  • Challenging briefs with lateral thinking to develop compelling proposals
  • Identifying and developing opportunities with existing clients

    Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a learning culture, and promoting team and company objectives.

  • Setting and reviewing development objectives
  • Supporting continuous learning
  • Advocating for the team and aligning with business strategies
