Establish responsible AI frameworks, build and manage a specialist AI team, and oversee adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Civica UPM and UiPath. The role combines strategic leadership, risk assurance and supplier engagement to drive measurable service improvements.

Hands-on role owning the annual sales planning and forecasting process, building and improving Power BI dashboards, reports and planning models. You'll challenge assumptions, explain variances and turn analysis into commercial recommendations, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, Pricing and Finance. Requires strong SQL, Power BI and Excel skills plus Google Ads, Merchant Centre and Analytics experience.
