Fully remote - Occasional Travel

Salary: up to £44,000 plus bonus and benefits

Working on a large client with an expansive pension scheme in a scheme events and projects role. Data manipulation and analysis to provide relevant information to management, client and actuary on both regular and ad-hoc basis. Assisting administration team with technical queries and bulk calculation directly. Providing assistance to team members and training where required. Leading on larger work including Benefit Statements and Pension Increases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training to team members particularly in Excel
  • Taking ownership of ad-hoc project for clients
  • Data cleansing and maintenance
  • Producing and checking of Mail Merge letters
  • Managing large projects, including regular scheme event and project work
  • Manage scheme event and project timetables, as required, to ensure delivery as agreed





Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience with DB pensions schemes and technical calculations

  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, data imports, macros)

  • Confident handling large datasets and bulk data manipulation

  • Experience with pensions administration systems and workflow management tools

  • Excellent attention to detail, quality control, and time management
