The Vacancy

This is a new role which will support the Payroll Specialist with managing the effective and efficient delivery of monthly payroll processing for our employees. This role will support mainly on Northern Ireland payroll (approx. 800 employees) and but will also offer support to our HR Payroll & Analytics Specialist who is based in Republic of Ireland (approx. 200 employees).

As a member of our high performing HR team, you will help contribute to the success of our People Strategy. We are looking for candidates who are highly organised, enjoy problem solving, have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels inside and outside the organisation.

NB: Interviews will be held on 17th August in our Newforge Lane, Belfast offices

Full time hours preferable, however part time hours will be considered

What you'll need

Excellent MS Office skills including advanced Excel and Word.

Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage own workload and plan around annual leave to ensure all work is covered in their absence.

Experience of working towards deadlines and multi-tasking.

A team player with excellent communication skills but also able to work on own initiative.
