We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.# ABOUT THE ROLE:The Master Data Analyst will primarily be responsible for creating and maintaining product master data primarily relating to Supply Chain activities. The key objective of the role is and to ensure that the data is loaded right first time, actively and accurately maintained throughout the product lifecycle. Outside of the core role of master data, you will also have the opportunity to analyse various areas of the supply chain with a view to raise awareness and drive improvements. You will also be involved in projects within the DMG team and supply chain. The role sits within the Data Management Group, who are responsible for the creation, accuracy and maintenance of product master data, and provide data management expertise to the business. The role will allow you to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, such as Supply Chain, local marketing teams across the EMEA region, European Marketing Groups, IT and Finance.# KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the product master data through the full product lifecycle, from creation to end of life. Scope of data includes finished goods, packaging and marketing/POS materials Accountable for the coordination, and the timely completion of the new product creation process, to ensure all steps are correctly and timely undertaken by every stakeholder in the creation chain Identify areas for continuous improvement across processes and procedures for managing, maintaining and validating material master data Batch or manual loading of master data into SAP based on ad-hoc or regular requests into the team* Perform detailed data validation and accuracy checks, including data error handling, exception reporting and compliance with standards / legislation* Report regularly on data management processes to suggest improvements or alignments to the evolving needs of the business and the regulatory environment* Maintenance of EMEA Product Hierarchy* Manage the material sales statuses throughout the product lifecycle* Verification and loading of Packaging, WEEE and Battery data to SAP* Perform detailed data validation and accuracy checks, including data error handling, exception reporting and compliance with standards / legislation for Packaging* Governance reporting for unit of measure and packaging, creating actions to follow up on gaps and issues* Identification of process and data handling improvement for logistical data and packaging, WEEE and battery data. To support the implementation of the approved improvements* Provide problem solving support, advice and guidance to internal customers* Make use of data analytics to answer key business questions outside of master data by providing both qualitative and quantitative analysis on request* Responsible for ensuring all master data processes are documented and stored* To lead some improvement projects within the DMG team, from identification, analysis, approval and execution* To participate in larger cross functional projects as subject matter expert# WHAT YOU’LL NEED:* A minimum of 3 years experience of handling product master data, preferably in an ERP environment. Specifically transactional data input (manual or via mass import), as well as data extraction and analysis* Working knowledge of SAP ERP, especially Material Management (MM) module is highly essential* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of engaging with multiple stakeholders* Product lifecycle knowledge and understanding highly desirable* Highly motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills* High levels of attention to detail and accuracy* Self-motivated and able to deal with high levels of complexity* Display a clear passion for master data management, with a desire to learn about new areas and developing new areas of expertise* Appreciates what constitutes good customer service and displays a commitment to delivering this* Comfortable pushing back with customers and stakeholders to protect the integrity of the data management process* Experience using Business Intelligence platforms desirable* Advanced skills in MS Excel a must* Educated to degree level (or similar) desirable* Must be able to travel within Europe#LI-SK1 #LI-HYBRIDAt TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
