Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Analyst supports the sales motion of the Konnecto platform. This hybrid role blends data accuracy, insights generation, and sales toolkit preparation to help our teams demonstrate Konnecto’s value to clients. You’ll build competitor sets for online businesses, map product taxonomies, run structured QA, and surface insights that drive action for Affiliate Managers and Marketing teams.


What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Toolkit & Enablement

  • Create and customize technical demos, presentations, and product simulations for the sales team.
  • Define competitor sets, product categories, and keyword frameworks to strengthen sales narratives.
  • Keep all pre‑sales materials organized, current, and easily accessible.

Technical & Data Support

  • Act as the go‑to resource for sales team product questions and technical issues during the sales cycle.
  • Monitor data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for affiliate performance.
  • Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Insight Generation

  • Use Konnecto dashboards to uncover growth opportunities for advertisers, including conversion share trends, coverage gaps, net‑new partners, optimization opportunities, and link auditing.
  • Regularly QA partnership intelligence dashboards for data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Manage dashboard alerts, ensuring timely, accurate delivery to clients and prioritization based on their needs.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to stay informed on platform updates and translate insights into compelling sales assets.
  • Collaborate with R&D to automate manual processes and accelerate dashboard setup.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
  • Update internal reports on customer onboarding status and account health, highlighting potential risks.

Process Improvement & Client Success

  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline pre‑sales, data monitoring, and QA workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams to address client feedback and ensure dashboards meet expectations.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and improve dashboard functionality.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical Aptitude: Confident using technology, with experience in AI‑driven platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides skills; SQL a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled at interpreting raw data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in reviewing technical and data materials.
  • Communication: Able to translate complex information into clear, client‑friendly language.
  • Collaboration: Proactive team player who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
  • Solution‑Oriented: You don’t just identify issues—you bring thoughtful solutions.
  • Self‑Starter: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed.
  • Bonus Experience: Previous experience in customer success, customer support, or management consulting, ideally in a sales, technology, or software environment.
